Manufactured by Fairbanks Morse and Company, Beloit, Wisconsin.

The company formed in 1823, started producing Gas Engines in 1893 and went on to become one of the worlds largest engine producers.

The Type Z engines were introduced in 1915 and ranged from 1 1/2hp to 20hp and runs until c1940

This engine is a 3hp.

It seriously needs a repaint but runs well.
